Armenian-Turkish Relations
The murder of Turkish-Armenian journalist Hrant Dink has stirred things up in Istanbul. On Monday, February 12, 2007 Jerome and Georgi M. Derluguian, professsor of Sociology at Northwestern University, explored the complex relationship between Turks and Armenians in Turkey. Derluguian recently returned from a visit to Istanbul where he witnessed the demonstrations at the funeral of Hrant Dink.
